Nutrition: Salmon Is Amazing!

The effect that it has on my joints is significant and immediate. I have to remember to add this food to my diet. What we eat is the most important caveat to how we feel around the clock. 

My wife made the most amazing salmon tacos. She deep fried them in homemade batter with egg whites and flour. She then fried the salmon for 4 to 6 minutes. The fried salmon was then placed with seared corn tortillas, cheese and avocado making for a surprisingly delicious dinner. 

Discovering creative ways to build supreme nutrition into my diet is a necessity.
